i had found an special offer, i guess is just because the hotel needs a minimal occupation to cover, so.. Anyway, it's a very nice luxury stile hotel, the breakfast buffet was just lovable and has all the facilities of a 5*L hotel. Ubication couldnt be better, is in the heart of brussels. where do I start? from entering until leaving we were treated like royalty, if anyone is considering this hotel I would say that it is like staying at a royal palace. We are already planning our next visit.
all reviews » Fantastic hotel - our view was not great but the room was very quite. We stayed over Easter and were left chocolate bunnies - a real treat! If you can afford it, treat yourself to the hotel restaurant. atmosphere, furnature, bed, bathroom, little attentions like umbrella in the closet, nice books in the room, etc. the restaurant, bar. obviously run by people with love for their business.Room was very large and clean. Hotel itself was classic with an old style lift as well as modern elevators. Front desk staff including consierge staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was excellent. We had a problem with the shower in the room and when we mentioned it to housekeeping it was sorted straight away. We were very impressed.Overall the service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel itself is very ornate and well worth a visit. Excellent piano bar. Unfortunately the one we had to use to get to our room wasn't we couldn't get it to go above the second floor. There might be a way to use the room card to get higher but we couldn't work it out. We used the stairs. Perhaps a brief explanation on check in would be helpful. Some noise from ahu during the day but not at night. This can happen in many hotels. We slept well.Getting there by car. The Room was a little small.no, there was nothing we didn't like about it. We would have used the internet if it wasn't so expensive.The price of additional services e.g. breakfast were expensive. Breakfast very expensive.There seemed to be some problems with the elevator. A bit gloomy, but that's just the Belle Epoque style, I suppose. Very expensive breakfast.
