The coziness of the hotel; I felt pretty much 'home away from home' and it is on walking distance from the Central Station, Grand Place and a lot of other major attractions and metro stations. The hotel concept. Each room devoted to an artist. For example we stayed in Bosch room with medieval style and Bosch paintings. Unfortunatly this website told nothing about it.Very conveniently situated, personalised venue, with attention to detail and hospitality.

Pity as everything we'd read about the hotel had really built up an expectation.The room needs some repair, there was only smoking rooms (cigarette smell in the room), shower was difficult to use and water temperature alternated. Bed and blanket weren't so nice. Room service was expensive. not really, but I had to walk with my suitcase one floor to my room (I think it was 5th floor). Rudeness of one of the reception staff when reporting a problem. too close to the train station......worried about the neighborhood. the bed and pillows were not comfortable. Maybe other rooms have better conditions.The staff was very aloof. Our particular room had low ceilings and it made it challenging to walk around. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The shower water temperature was inconsistent.
