I liked the location, the anonymity and the ease of access. The room was clean, nicely decorated, warm and inviting. The bathroom was very beautifully finished in marble and was attractively designed. Mix up meant I did not get code in advance but staff sorted it out in minutes and were very professional. pretty comfort, excellent support and professionalism, kind and friendly clean service.

The bed was too short for me and my feet were sticking out (I'm 177 cm). So I had to lie on the diagonal. Bed was okey but not the most comfortable. Laundry room in the garage was very small and not very nice. Apartment layout had the toilett at the first floor while the bathroom was on the second floor, so you have to go downstairs in the morning to visit the WC. Also, there is no wash bin to wash your hands in the wc. no brush for sweeping floor Booked in March and later got mail offering cheaper price for dates booked. requested upgrade on basis of price reduction but refused. Although they clean everyday, they do not clean very well and pans and cooking accessories were too used. The windows are not the best, and you hear the tram and traffic all the time. If you are sensitive to outside noise, ask for a backside apartment. Last visit was in a studio and the shower was very old and very unhygienic - not nice The road noise is an issue if you stay on the front. Low value for money since this hotel has no reception and no breakfast. No coffee, only tea, no fruit or nuts bowl. Heating was not working and the bathroom was very cold. No additional blankets Lots of traces of poor repairs.
