GREAT LOCATION! If you're going to be in Brussels, STAY HERE! Walk to the train station, steps to the square, plenty of restaurants and markets, right in the heart of it all. Very clean, stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms, great host! Can’t complain one bit. Fully equipped comfortable apartment in the best Location ever, few meters from Grand Place yet still quiet and comfortable, police station is next door so extremely safe as well. The check-in process was smooth and everything worked just fine.
all reviews » The location was a block off of Grand Place and even though this hotel is so close to all the hussel and bussel the room was well insulated against the noise. It had everything we needed for a long weekend trip. It's a great place. Nice and spatious. As Brussels is quite expensive when it comes to hotel accomodation, this is a better option than average three star hotel rooms downtown, that are mostly much smaller. Great location in the center of the city. Good sound proofing, big rooms and easy access at any time of the day. Police station on the other side of the street - so it's a very safe location. Ideal location. But if you have car you may have problem with parking. Rooms are simple but quite comfortable. Kitchenette is good equipped, big fridge. Great Location, just next to Grand Place. We had minimal interaction with the staff, only on our check-out day, although I admit we were 30 mins late for the check-out time, the lady was not particularly smiling about it, a bit lacking on the hospitality side. The free internet was very unstable, but it could be just a bad day for it. Noisy at night, but it is main place so it is normal. Unfortunately the a/c didn't work right, and it was very hot necessitating opening the windows, and then very noisy. However, I left a note re the a/c and when fixed the stay should be just fine. It is located in a very loud neighborhood, bars below and police across the street. The laundry did not work, washer failed to operate. The only thing we didn't like was there were no nets on the windows so people in opposite building could look in. Bathroom lights not working (were fixed promptly), TV not working (was replaced promptly), not enough pillows. Bed was too hard. Walls were thin-->lots of noise in the morning from cleaning staff. Hotel was somewhat hard to find. Nearest parking is difficult to get to b/c of Brussels street layout. none. All good. In my room kitchen area was nearby the bed not very convenient - but apparently that's only in some rooms. None. everything was good. Really hard to find it.....Equipment a bit old, we were in R1, the shower head can not use. The beds were not very comfortable. I didnt received the email for the check in detail at all so i have to call the hotel for it. Except that, everything is good~. no sound isolation, not well cleaned upon arrival, some noise from the street. Difficult to park; no staff available in the weekend. Nothing. Quite noisy. When taking a shower, it is almost impossible to avoid water going to the floor of the bathroom and even furhter - to the room. I wouldn't expect to see a broken washing-machine in the flat. The two room apartment picture miss leads the customer since its not two rooms its one bedroom apartment but the built mini floor up in the ceiling of the living room and allocated a bed there. didnt recieve my pin code to get key card and site was unmanned. Couldnt get hold of anyone by telephone for 45 mins. Loud music in the mile of the night. No Parking. Apartment needs to be refurbished. Furniture is a bit old. Not so good room for the money i paid. sorry to say, the bathroom was very dirty! We didn't dare to taka a shower due to the dirtyness. Sorry to say that. Celanliness. Very noisy - next door to bar/club and across from police station, can't sleep at all! Not clean - floor very dirty, smelly toilets, dirty dishes Needs updating - broken curtains, leaking bath Doesn't feel homely - very clinical environment Only 1 pillow per person, very thin towels.
