We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Brugge many times and have never been dissapointed. The large rooms with two queen beds accomodates both of us and our two children very well. everything if I have to return to Bruge and advise this hotel I will do it, staff are so nice, helpfull, everythin is perfect congratulation for the choice of this hotel,. Room was clean with all amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful. The pool/sauna was very nice and hardly used.

The closeness to the town centre ...central location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was alright. it was off season so the hotel was practically empty.Breakfast options were limited to a buffet at 22 euros. When asked if we could just have coffee and a croissant, that was not an option and were forced to go elsewhere. The air conditioning in the rooms was poor and porbably needed servicing.I didn't like having to pay €10 for the Wi-Fi which originally appeared to be free. Member of bar staff surly, only a small negative in a great weekend. Very cold bedroom- air conditioning too freezing- adjustable only with great difficulty for an hour in the morning. Natalie tried hard to help-thanks for her efficiency, but room still cold. The rooms are not well isolated so you can hear people in the other rooms. The restaurant service was very poor, we had to ask for each drink we ordered over and over, the food was very slow and cold on arrival. The tablecloth was dirty when we sat down. We would stay again but not use the restaurant. The breakfast is quite expensive. We didn't even try it.The cost of breakfast, at €22, was expensive. A little bland in character. slightly smaller room than I was expecting. For the rate, breakfast could have been included. Room with the view was mucch smaller than the std rooms altough it was more expensive! One of the starff at the desk was very rude. A huge disappointment. Booked 2 rooms both of them sadly lacking any charm. The hotel lobby is just okay, but the rooms and hallways desperate cry for some rework, with carpets being filthy and having noticeable stains throughout. Not a 4 stars hotel for the price I paid, much more considering the other charming options around.We had the feeling that the staff could not care less about the customers/guests ... service was below par ... sorry. leisure area the roof was leaking and dripping into the swimming pool contaminating the pool water, there was about an inch thick of dust on the furniture in the room.room servicve menu could be improved, bufffet breakfast menu could be changed on a daily basis at least slightly. overall for the price i paid i felt it was not value for money.
