The hotel was clean and newly remodeled, the staff was wonderful, theroom was huge and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and youcan get to a bus stop or metro station within 5 minutes and get toCentral Station in 10 minutes. very large comfortable and quiet apartment. clean, good housekeeper, great proximity to public transport. kitchen area was very useful and the price was great.

Locality, plenty of room.the room was big enough for 4 persons and also included a kitchen and a large bathroom. this was a good location to central train station of Antwerp. Spacious; near Metro stop, convenient food stores nearby. pleasant roomy quiet space with well stocked kitchen. Nice room, comfortable kitchen, clean. close to city centre walking distance. Very close to Central Station and very easy to access by car from Holland. Very big room. Excellent price. The room/studio flat was nice and cozy.Quite neighbourhood. it did not have a phone. Booking for 1 person you getting a small one person bed. Always go for double booking :-)). Room could have been serviced mid holiday. no. Poor sound insulation; traffic noise fairly loud after 7.30am. No shower curtain in bathroom. no hot water for shower on saturday morning. We had a front room it was very noisy on Saturday night. Wasn't as clean as it could have been. Was a bit noisy in the morning (from 5 a.m.) with traffic and trains.The hotel refund policy, they ask to pay in advance and don't return money, even that I announced the hotel that I'll leave after the next 3 days and I'd like to have the money back for the rest 4 days and for the parking, they refused. Details!: faulty lamps in bath room, bad hanging heating, open shower so everything wet. So please look at the details. When I give back the remote control I did must aks about my money back for that.beds and pillows were not comfortable, windows to the noisy street, cigarette smoke gent into the room from corridor/other rooms. dishes etc. not clean. water from the shower gets all over bathroom floor. Location is not the best - long walk to the center and ab.10 min to central station. the cleaning not impeccable. there was a terrible smell of sewage on the whole floor and in the room and particular in the bathroom, staff was helpful enough but it did not help to make the smell go away. I asked for a room accessible for wheelchair and the room wasn't that accessible, especially the bathroom!It wasn't wheelchair friendly at all. I would recommend this hotel just to people not on a wheelchair, or just call them before going there and make sure that they will really give you a wheelchair accessible room, specially if you are traveling alone. I was with my husband so I managed to move around the flat anyway.flat service-apt had not been cleaned, previous guest's dirty dishes, garbage were still in the room, bathtub was dirty at a 6pm check in. checked in at 22.30 nobody at the front desk but a envelope with my name and key....the room was not cleaned ..sheets from the previous guest still on the bed..dirty towels all over the floor..during 48 h of my stay i didnt see anyone at the front desk...even at check out...
