The rooms are big, new and equipped with taste. The comfort level is quite high for being a basic structure. Breakfast is definitely good, even if you don't have a big variety of things and the price is quite expensive. With a taxi, it takes you 5 to 10 minutes to get to the city center. Spacious studio, everything is more than you expect. Not exactly in the centre, but really very close. If you do not have litttle children, you can make a 10 min walk till the closest metro station. Taxis are very frequent in Minsk and easy to book.

Being an aparthotel you don't have any restaurant in the hotel: this wouldn't be a problem, but consider that in the surroundings you won't find much and you'll definitely have to take a taxi to go everywhere. Overall it's quite expensive, but this seems to be a tendency in Minsk. Breakfast quality and service. The only good thing was coffe from a decent coffee machine. The rest was disappointing. breakfast could be improved but ok. Not a negative issue, but still essential to mention: location - quite far from the center, however taxi to the city costs just $4 and arrives in 3-5 minutes. I did not like the hotel services - there are no restaurant or shop on the area!. Breakfast is terrible, only 2-3 foods to choose from. Best have breakfast in town (for example in Bistro De Lux or other). The small country village opposite hotel. Surroundings of hotel are not developed. The was not possibility to warm the aprtment because it is forbidden in Bielorussian to use warming system during september time. The lowest temperature was 5° c and it was incredible not to warm rooms for Bielorussin law. Another problem was with the taxi for ariport transfer. I had a Taxi driver with handicap in his hands and leg with a very old Mercedes car. I considered the trip from hotel to the airport a very dangerous experience. Poor breakfast for 10$. Location .. You need a taxi all time .. To reach the city centre .. The taxi cost you 7$. TV switched to 10 times. Some problems with the parking - not enough parking places for such a big appartment-complex. There is a kitchen in the room, but almost no kitchenware - 3 glasses, 3 plated, 3 very small broken tee-cups, pan and frying-pan. Nothing else for preparing food - empty kitchen cabinets. Just one blanket for 2 persons and no additional one. some noise, you always can hear what happened outside the flat. Not too convenient shower tray design - water pouring onto the floor. The front door is not tight against the door jamb so the gap is coming from the stairs. Also, due to not tight-fitting doors slishimost good. Nowhere to eat, had to order in city food delivery. No air conditioner. Breakfast not tasty.., for the price can be better. Location is a bit far from center. Didn't provide baby crib. Shower curtains design is very poor, after taking a shower you will have a small flood in your bathroom. This apetment hotel is in the wrong neighbourhood. For eating or buying food one has to go to the city center. Breakfast was so so. The hotel doesnt have any restaurant it is far to center. Price. - Missing a small bar, for drinks or a snack at the reception. Poor sound isolattion,. lack of some necessary facilities in the kitchen a bit expensive. No aircon, tough, when hot :(. Awful breakfast. non-free wifi (cost of the room must include it), far from center by foot. no sockets in the bathroom. the tv wasn't working well. too expensive for the location and quality of service.
