The very friendly and helpful service. I had once walked in, off the street, needing a taxi to the arport. The manager asked me to wait, then arranged for their own hotel driver to take me, at no charge! I returned the favour by staying there this trip, and the same driver - David - picked me up from the airport (free shuttle) and was again welcomed by all the management team and very well treated. all reviews » Ramada hotel was much more than we paid for. The rooms are on the smaller side but we were out and about so that didn't bother us at all. The rooms ere clean and nicely furnished. Check in was fast and friendly. The manager quickly made an alteration to our room that had been my mistake. The bar was so friendly and really reasonable. We didn't use the pool area but it looked as though a lot of families were enjoying it. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in bargain. A buffet breakfast wi. The location was ideal, in short walking distance to super restaurants and small stores. Very nice bathroom, recently renovated. Very nice breakfast with 'real' freshly squeezed orange juice and quick and friendly order for fried eggs. I thought that the staff were very helpfull and the location was goo, very close to lots of restaurants. There is also a Pub attached to it. The breakfast facilities were very good and service was also good. All the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room and bathroom were always clean and tidy. The wide range of fruit and vegetables available for breakfast was very much appreciated. Yes, it was a nice hotel, especially the breakfast (yum yum), which I really enjoyed. I liked the rooms for the additions of irons, radio, kettle, minibar. I regularly stay at the Ramada, my experiences have always been positive. The hotel is excellent value for money and right next to a good restaurant area. We found very warm and friendly staff from cleaner to manager. coffee shop and restaurant ambiance were so good and the waiters were very co-operative. Somewhat of an out dated decour in reception and also in bedrooms (excluding bathrooms). The room refridgerator could have been colder. Suspect the cabinet was not properly ventilated. The door handle (for room 312) squeeked when operated. It was all good - no complaints!. Reception area was okay but could look more contemporary than this with a total change in interiors as it looks too old and dull.... Food was ordinary so I wouldn't recommend eating in. Nothing to say... AA) Checking In took some time. BB) Rooms are getting a very little foul smell as the property is getting old. The wifi in the rooms is a little intermittent in its connection speed and occasionally disconnects. nothing. Net disconects some times ,. The renovation. Wish the T.V. had more English channels. They were refurbishing the air-condition system on the day of my arrival. This will continue for several days, may be to the end of February 2013. Nothing !. the rooms nead some changes in the decorations to be modern style. Not enough parking area. 1.Size of room is relatively small. 2-No aspirator in the bathroom. 3-Breakfast is limited. Only the Cappucino in La Jardin!. The hotel looks tired and needs a facelift. airport shuttle driver drove far too fast. The prices offered are without taxes, add aprox 15%. Bath rooms need renovations. no dislikes. None. I was charged almost double the amount I was supposed to be charged because I asked for extra bed!! It was supposed to be 690 SR according to my booking,I was charged 1200 SR!!. None. presence of Pork meat in the resturant. Nothing. Dining rooms lacked atmosphere.
