The swim-up pool bar and pool party were great fun with a range of reasonably-priced cocktails and great music. The breakfast was very nice indeed. The room was cleaned thoroughly and the bed was very comfortable. The TV/dvd combo were easy to control in the lounge area, unlike some other hotels I tried in the same area. The return taxi service driven by the friendly Hanif to Seef Mall was cheaper and much more comfortable than local taxis at 5BD each way.
all reviews » Booked a standard room for 45 dinar per night but received an upgrade to a small one bedroom appartment on the 11th floor. Very spacious and clean, large windows with a view over the bay. Very quiet, good bed. No mini bar, but there is a refrigirator and there is a convenient store at 10 minutes walking from the hotel. there you can also find some restaurants and fast food chains. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the room was fantastic. The design was really nice. There were flat screen TV's in all the rooms. Bathrooms in each room and the living room was impressive. The kitchen was well furnished too. Breakfast was good, nice variety. I stayed for 2 nights with two friends and I must say we got value for our money. The room size was great, very clean, the AC very cold which really nice, everything was good, and the provide a cake free of charge to me for my wife brithday was soon nice from the hotel staff. I Booked the crystal suite which was great .. had all the facilities that I needed .. Sat tv Sound system .. Fridge.. Good bathroom .. plus the hotel is really quite which is a plus in bahrain. staff Is friendly. The hotel upgraded our room for free. very luxurious room, soft and big towels, breakfast is very divers and nice. the 360 club is in the hotel and no noises of disco... Great hotel and good staff, especially restaurant and front desk, special mention for Alok and his colleagues, very efficient and helpful. Restaurant great value also. All the rooms are suites. The leather Couch wasnt that comfortable.. The only small thing: I did not like the black coffee and we could not get cappuccino and there was only one black tea taste. But every thing else was very nice. Friday pool party.. Music. rather loud for me.. The swimming pool was not clean enough especially beside the bar. Nothing. I was charged more because I paid in SAR (exchange rate between SAR and BHD) ; not written within the main page description. No bath , only rain shower for one bedroom executive suite. - The bed wasn't particularly comfortable. It might be me but I couldn't sleep well. - The tub was clogged. I didn't do much about it because it didn't bother me much. Trafic at night time due to famous club in the hotel. I was trying. Hard to find negative points. Nothing os there. The Sauna wasn't working in the Men's Gymnasium Portion of the Shower Area. Also, I was hoping for a heated pool but found out after entering the pool wasn't heated. I loved everything!. Breakfast has normal varieties. When we came to check out te guy on reception needed more training. It took a long time for us to pay out bill because he was very confused!. Staff checked me out of the hotel without informing me because "there was no luggage in the room and it was not occupied overnight".. Well go figure, I checked in personally and had advised the front desk that I would not be in the room overnight as I would camping in the desert overnight. The internet access went down during using, then you had to start up again. The connection was not that fast. I don't understand why the internet access in hotels is the last part where they invest in. They do invest in all things but not in a fast internet connection for every client. They have no spa. Nothing. housekeeping schedule no mini bar cost of food from room service. the night clubs are so noisy. Rooms need more entertainment ex. better channels, blue-tooth speakers, ipod dock. The Internet was not that fast and always during using there was a bug, the connection stop and had to start again. This should be solved. Breakfast good but could do with a bit more selection (e.g. for anglo-american guests proper cooked breakfast real sausages etc). No comment we like it. the smell of smoking in the room, and you can hear the water when someone above your room uses the the Bathroom. bath towel need to put 2 for a room for 2 persons. poor breakfast selection very noisy club/bar gym opening hours. Breakfast wasn't that good and ends on 10:30 am. They don't grant u access to the 360 club inside the hotel. Pool party a little bit noisy on Friday. Nothing. Really nothing. having no access to club 360 on hotel premises,.
