One of the best 4 star hotels I have ever stayed in. It's very cozy and the rooms are spacious and clean. - Good location - Friendly reception - Cooperative staff - Great value for money. Everything was cool , there breakfast was good and changed daily but the internet was really bad so if they don't upgrade I'll advise to have your own connection. Nice parking facility, Safe Place, we stayed at the 12th floor, nice view, WiFi available in room, Nice Breakfast with variety of choices and good service.

Location Space Staff spirits. I liked the location because I booked that hotel for the Arabia Jewelry exhibition. And I liked the room, curtains, and decor. The rooms were wide and the bed was comfortable.Parkign for the car was available. - No good sound isolation between the walls - The lights in the bathroom are so dim. Internet connection was really slow. only bathroom soup and shampoo was low quality, everything else was perfect and satisfy all family needs. Little on the expensive side. You have to call room service for complementary water bottles, unlike other places where house keeping take care of this. Room service not good. Air conditioner could not be stopped. Room Service staff not accessible. TV had local channels only. Housekeeping was not done as per schedule. The breakfast was not as expected. - Little bit expensive. nothing. Nothing as such. - Limited breakfast menu. - Although Studios have a kitchenette but no complimentary tea/coffee available. - Interrconnecting rooms are not comfortable (noise, no privacy). The suite amenities are very poor. The shampo, soap, body lotion, etc, as in a 2 star hotel!. barely nothing. Mundane breakfast menu, but that's about it.. High price. Lack of entertiment. - الإنترنت بطيئة نوعاً ما - Internet is somehow slow. waiting for lifts. The price is a little higher than expected. I can hear the sounds in the other rooms loudly. No variety in breakfast. Wifi Internet is not very good in the rooms Breakfast is not very good. Nothing bad except some bathroom loos accessories. Normal breakfast. Little away from malls, needs taxi to go around. location is not in seef area but it is in sanabes area opposite to geant mall (not very friendly area). Room service only from 7:30 am to 9:00 pm. You can't expect even water in between. Wi-fi not good in the side facing Geant Mall. AC connecting 2 rooms. If your neighbor is powerful, he can switch off AC without bothering about you. This happened with me. Indian dishes bare minimum. the swimming pool and the gym were very bad. shower needs fixes, towles are very old, no way to control the A/C fan either. There is only taxi for transfer and the taxi fare is too much expensive. Bathrooms facilities. The Staff was terrible. The service was terrible. The hotel is so not friendly. It is over priced. The breakfast variety was very poor. They are very concerned about money. They don't help you out at all. Im not recommending this place for anyone!. Resturant area is very small for the breakfast. Strict to the checkout at 12:00. When I arrived at 1:00 Am and checked in I have asked the hotel resturant to give me 5 chicken sandwish meals because the time was late to get ameals from out of the hotel.The meals tast was very bad and I dont recommend to ask for any meal from the hotel.
