Made very welcome by the hosts, excellent room clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were first class and information about the area was readily available much of it given to us when we arrived. Marcos and Gitti really look after you very well. It was a room for 4. Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Breakfast is ok, but if you like variety it won't make you happy. The owners are great, welcoming and helpful. There is a parking aside the building. Zell am See is very close.

Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Very welcoming owners, made us feel right at home. Our rooms was excellent. We received plenty of advice about what to see and do in the local area. We really enjoyed our honeymoon trip to Zell am See. Very helpful owners who provided lots of advice including where to eat and good places to visit by train or bus. Breakfasts were very good! Comfortable room with nice sunny balcony. Nice meeting good personal. A quiet location a couple of miles from Zell, friendly & welcoming family run small hotel with free parking, cosy family feel breakfast. The room is a little bit overpriced for the space it offered. We did not have a car and the nearest places to eat are a ten minute walk, and you need to take a bus or train to get to Zell-am-See town. But we enjoyed the walk so this was not a problem. There was no room-service, no telephone, no iron, and no control over heat system. These are relatively minor points. Railway is close by which could put off some visitors although the glazing is very effective and it didn't disturb us. Rack for skis could be sited next to tv wall rather than next to bed where it was an obtacle. Location 4 killos away from the lake. Need a kettle in room (though the owners were happy to make us a pot of coffee). slightly too far from town centre. 20 minutes driving from zellammsee. There is no air conditioning and elevator. The room not big enough. Very hot during the summer, leaving the window open invited all the flying friends to come in and eat me, plus the OBB rail line is right outside the rear of the hotel (although it's not a frequent service). Pillows very soft, room quality average.
