Clean comfortable apartment for family with young children. Free 4g wifi in the room. Kitchen is fully and well equipped. Location, in center of zell am see, everything within walking distance. Mrs.Marion the manager is very helpful and ready to solve any kind of issue you face right away. I booked annex apartment, it is not in the same main building its about 150 meters away free car park at the annex apartment. I recommend for couples and families to stay at this apartment.
all reviews » Locaction was perfect! Heart of the town. Behind the hotel is the mountain that has cafes & restuarants, and SKIING! The shops around us sold skiing, and complete winter stuff ... shoes, gloves ... etc. The 2 bedrooms apartment were big and have all the facilities for a perfecet long stay Both ladies in the counter were awesoem , helpful and kind. I really liked the hotel esspecially the manager mrs marion she helped me alot in my staying. Reasonable Rates for 1 bedroom apartment Location is in middle of city Apartment is nice. Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly Spacious and Modern apartments. Excellent apartment with all facilities except the laundry machine. Depressing -.- Only the restuarants are open. There are 2 things i really did not like in the appartment 1: the bus station is next to you and by 4 AM you will be waking up by the noise. 2: there is no air-conditioning , or a fan , you need to open the window to get some air . No daily cleaning so you have to do everything bu yourself. TV didn't have enough English/Arabic choices Reception is not 24 h Limited plastic bags for trash No salt/pepper in Apartment Difficult to get in touch with reception after 3 PM. Last clean fee of 99 euro is excessive for a 3 night stay. Hotel does not provide the Zell am see-Kaprun tourist Card which is useful in getting free entrance or big discounts in many tourists attractions. The three bedroom apartment only have WC with shower and another small one, both are outside rooms. No room service no loundry. What I didnt like about the hotel is that it's near the bus station and on saturday and sunday it was really noisy because people were shouting. there was no service at all .. i mean people who give help .. Noise from snow scrapers outside around 5am every morning. Maybe better in rooms not on the first floor facing the busy road. Reat is up and the office closing at 11 am. Staff was no cooperative and which made the stay uncomfortable. Deposited of 200 Euro is over exaggerated. No room service. A lot of instructions mostly 'Donts' Took a deposit No AC No hairdryer Need to clean everything afterwards, even the rubbish bin !!. Cleaning and the reception staff was only for the period from 8 to 11 morning . Telephone not working and poor wifi . So Annoying and uncomfortable (I don't recommend it as first options) غير مريحه ومزعجه لا افضلها كخيار اول. - three rooms with one toilette - no body cleaning the apartment during 5 days - no body in the building after 4 clock , that's why a family stuck in the left for more than 35 minutes - kitchen stuff is very poor.
