  Everything was excellent. If you don't need luxury Birg Cyrus is a very good option. It is located near the U-bahn station U1 Keplerplatz (200 m). The hotel staff was more the friendly and helped us everytime we needed something. English widely spoken. - Room was totally fine, big enough and shared bathroom access was not a problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!
