Location and facilities. Livingston apartment offers great value for money. Clean and nice flat with good position near the city centre. Parking is free for weekend and there were lot of free parking places in front of the building. Heating was great!. The location is fair if you use the public transportation but the apartment is 25min walking from the center. You have wifi internet.
