This bold art deco influenced hotel is centrally located on a side street approximately a 3 minutes walk from Stephansplatz making it ideally placed for shopping, historic buildings and eateries/gelaterias. The outside of the hotel is striking, making it easily recognisable. Inside is even more stunning - the foyer is a stylish and comfortable place for guests to sit and is lit by funky duck legged lamps on tables strewn with large art books. The reception staff were faultless - always impeccab.
all reviews » The rooms were stunning and totally relaxing. Sumptuous but in a very modern way. The seat in the window was really good. Wifi was fast with a good signal in the rooms. staff were very welcoming. Bathroom a good size with a lovely rain effect shower.The location couldnt be better right in the heart of the city. The location is excellent in the mid of central area the area open till late night so you can enjoy walking at night with cofee shops arround thre is shopping center infront of the hotel it is a walking destance from the main area of the big church and there is arabic resturant but not all good quility. I loved this hotel! It was my favorite on my trip through Central Europe. The rain shower was amazing, beds are very comfortable, our deluxe room on the 8th floor was a good size and the free mini bar and treats they leave on the first night is an added bonus. Would definitely return!. Only stayed for one night. Wonderful location right in the centre and about 10 min walk to the express train to the airport. As a smoker was great to have a balcony with an ash tray. Some nice design items in the room. amaizing friendly staff service high quality and always with a smile rooms are so romainticly design i wish i coul stay in the room the whole day drinks(cappuciono, tea, cafe latte..) available 24hours. We have liked everything - the location, the service, the personal. Simply the best hotel to stay in Vienna. PS Free tea and coffee, free wine of a good quality - this we have also appreciated! ))). Incredibly comfortable beds and spacious room, bathroom and lots of natural light. The breakfast food was delicious a d the hotel was a great value for the money. The breakfast ist very nice and I liked it a lot. If you have enough time and if ou can waite a bit it is delicious. If you are in a hurry it might be to slow. Services and comfort are at very high level. Staff is outstanding. The position of the hotel is really strategic if you want to visit the centre of Vienna. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Habib gave us a personal tour of the roof teraces and another lady helped us check in. The staff was unbelievably courteous, knowledgable about the city and extremely friendly!! The room was amazing, it was clean, large and modern!. I Iiked a friendly staff, Design conception, quiet, cozy, good location to the main Sightseeing and an individual touch during the breakfast. I had liked the comfort of the bed and the pillows, the windows were amazing and the bathrooms were fantastic.Thanks for everything topazz ;). love the two oval windows, the staffs are very nice, location is great right in the heart of the city. The hotel has great design and the rooms are really nice. You have to try the window coach. serice of the hotel. breakfast was realy somthing special. all fresh and served at the table. Location and design. All was great !!!!. Great location. All was fine. everything!. Only a small thing but we felt 3pm was slightly late to check-in. This was the only fault I could force myself to find! :D. By no means a criticism but body lotion in the bathroom would be good. On the first day room service seemed to skip a few things. They didn't empty the bathroom trash or re-stock the mini bar but as soon as I mentioned it to the reception I had someone upstairs with everything we needed within minutes! Excellent staff!. Got quite excited by a free mini bar but it actually had only water and coke :-) Nice as it is, would still prefer paid but full varied mini bar. Need English movies. At the last floor the WiFi signal is low. the 'do not disturb' button seem not working so well, cleaner knock on the door before we go out (i prefer the old fashion 'DND' sign hanging out of the door, hahaa. The AC was not working but the hotel manager fixed the problem immediately with another room. one of the 2 rooms as booked was small and meeting the right price/value. Smudges on chair and on the carpet within the room - it really changes your opinion about the hotel. And then tiny stuff> room service was not 100%, missing slippers, only shampoos and not shower gels, shampoos marked as Natural and first ingredient was sls (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate). price could be lower lobby could be bigger. deluxe room was not the same photo booked on letsbookhotel.com small room facing street 1st floor. Not much.Its not cheap, but it is luxurious and in a fantastic location for sightseeing etc. Airconditioning didn't work in hot weather Missed cleaning our room one day Could have had more proactive information about area from staff. Maybe invest a little more in householding as it is not at the level of the hotel.
