The staff were very friendly and were more than willing to provide directions to us and identify the best parts of the city to visit. It was the comfortable conditions for our trip in Viena. Thanks a lot. Convinient location, goof staff,value for money. Right in the centre, few metres from Bahn station. It's noisy sometime from the street. No room cleaning. Dirty carpet and floor. Bedroom looks like whorehouse.
