everything was OK, espacially the disponibility of hotel staff to offer to the client a pleasant sejour. The rooms are relatively big, with nice views on the surrounding valley. More than good sevice for a reasonable price. The hotel staff is professional, kind, always ready to help, speaks good English. The room was big and quet. Staff, Sauna, breakfast. If you need a cheap place just to sleep, this hotel is fine. My single room was very small, but with shower and toilet ensuite with 24 hours hot water, the bed was comfortable, and everything very clean. You cant expect any extras like tv or hair dryer and you don't find them, but the breakfast is very good, and the staff helpful.

The room was tiny, like alarge cupboard really, and the bathroom miniscule with a shower thatleaked everywhere. Some of the light switches didn't work either. Thewhole place is extremely run down and needs a good overhaul.it has two (maybe three) types of rooms and we've been given the cheapest ones; after many complaints we could change only one room. if you are a non smoker don't stay there, everything smelt like cigarette smoke. The shower and toilet were extremely noisy and when people in the next rooms were using theirs it was like having them in your own room. I was weaked up at all times by this. Location is not great. it takes more than 20 minutes on a tram and another 10 walking.

Take the U6 underground line (towards Floridsdort) to Alser Straße. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg.

Arrival from the Südbahnhof:
Take tram D (towards Beethovengang) to Schotttentor. Then take tram number 43 (towards Neuwaldegg) to Neuwaldegg.

Arrival from Wien/Schwechat airport:
Take the airport shuttle to the Westbahnhof and follow the directions as above.
