A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the Austria Center by U-bahn subway, recommended if you have business there. I noticed the room was exceptionally big! Actually it was probably for 3 people (included some kind of sofa bed). Spacious bathroom (WC separate from the shower).

A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us. Nice hotel, i liked the ability to have coffee or tea 24 hours, very comfortable bed, the bathroom was separated.Clean hotel and very close to Underground Station ( 3min walk) and a supermarket right at the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the parking is in a garage within the hotel (very convenient), and the metro station is two blocks away, where you can reach central Vienna in 15-20 minutes. very clean and tidy, staff speak english, breakfast, good size rooms with free wifi, connected to public transport very near to the hotel 3 to 4 minutes walking distance to the underground rail. The stay was comfortable with easy access to the transport , eateries. It was very convenient to commute to work place. The thing I liked most was the free tea and coffee round the clock. It would be better if you change breakfast menu on different days: 1 day - eggs, 2 day oatmeal, etc. Cheap breakfast for the price. Nothing. loudly room. Location. The poor brekfast. no air-conditioning. dorucak, vrlo oskudan. No fresh air in the hotel. The windows are not open periodically to refresh the air and the same in the halls. The breakfast is the same, no various. Very sparce decoration. Thin blankets. Alarm clocks and tv with led displays so bright see needed to cover them in order to sleep. Breakfast - it was the same every day Pillows - too soft/uncomfortable No A/C. no AC, it was hot and it was far from the airport. I would have expected an iron for clothes and a mini-bar in the room. It was hard to get out of the room each time you required something.
