The Messezentrum (fairgrounds) and the Prater Amusement Park are less than 5 minutes’ walk away. The 18-hole golf course Krieau is just 1 km away. Jogging and cycling trails are right outside.

The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. I would recommend this apt. to other travellers.
all reviews » I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception. It's very nice place to stay. Good equiped kitchen, there is SPAR opposite the appartments and PENNY apr.15 min.walk There is a bus stop not far, so if you have a Vienna card you can reach U-Bahn in 3-4 min. Or apr. 7-10 min by walk. Appartments are clean and pleasant, very quiet place. Good internet connection free of charge. We lived in the apartments № 35. Wonderful apartment has everything necessary for life. Very good location, near the Danube, near the Prater, near the metro and a supermarket Spar. In the next house has a very colorful cafe, called like "Tyrol haus". I liked the freindly and politly dealing of Mr Johann and all his services inside the appartment and his guidance regarding city main places. Great Location. Room was clean. Enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen. It was a great stay. I will be using this hotel in the future. - the apartment is located in a quiet and cozy district, - warm-hearted and friendly owner who responds to all calls and requests. Usual clean comfortable apartment. We have stayed with AJO on a Number of occasions. 1) location is good, near Messeweien 2) kitchenware is full 3) good wireless signal. The apartment was very close to the Convention Center where my meetings were. clean, comfort, functional. The location is good. You cannot park your car here during the entire stay without incurring a parking fine. Mr. Wagner let us park our car in another area of his apartments - in Donaustadt. The long,16-point terms & conditions/do's&dont's sent following the booking confirmation was a bit intense. There is no lift in the building. For those who are not friendly with sports, may be the reason absence of a lift in the house. But we didn't care. Nothing to be reported. Everything was great. There is nothing that I did not like. I liked everything. The only disadvantage is that there is no elevator - stretch your muscles if you have heavy suitcase. No lift . It was in a seedy section of town without much going on around it. And there were hidden fees that were not reflected on the site until after booking was completed. There is a cleaning fee of 46Euros that you need to pay. Because it is an apartment things like soap are not provided. power outlet does not fit other countries. To high price. Cleaning fee of 50€ is too much for not so clean appartment. As this may cause some noise disturbances between 08:00 and 18:00 (Monday to Friday), guests can take advantage of discounted rates during this period. Please note that the apartment has no reception. Only self check-in is possible. All the information and instructions regarding self check-in will be forwarded by the property and have to be confirmed back before arrival. The property is reachable via phone daily, from 09:00-21:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available against a surcharge, on request and upon prior confirmation from the hotel only. Please note that air conditioning can only be used at a surcharge. This needs to be requested in advance and it is directly payable upon arrival in cash. Please note that the photos are only examples of a specific room type. Actual rooms might be decorated differently and there is no guarantee that you will be accommodated in exactly the same room. A security deposit of EUR 250 may have to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded after check-out if no damages have incurred.
