  Staff were excellent in particular Michael, Sarah and Bridget. The free leisure pass was an added surprise-a ride on each of the gondolas, free bike hire and loads more. There is loads of hiking and bike trails in the area. The food in the restaurant was excellent if a little pricey, but it saves driving back down to the town.   The location was right next to a ski run on the east side of the slopes. Inter sport was next door for anyone needing rentals. Th best part was the nicest hotel staff. - Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice facilities.

  The 'standard' room was of a good size and well equipped. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful and almost all spoke good English. The pool and spa facilities were lovely and the food was absolutely delicious. Every course was a treat to be savoured!
