good location, friendly hosts. Platz und Gastfreundlichkeit. Location & owners. slow internet. Room + bathroom very small, you couldn't stand up in the bath tub (had to take shower in sitting position), this fact was not mentioned while booking (for tall people very uncomfortable), very loud, bad acoustic isolation (could here neighbors tv and small talks very / too clear), no fresh fruit for breakfast.
