Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Also especially well located for my wife who has mobility diffioculties. The hotel has individual character and charm. It is close to all the attractions, including some very good cafes and restaurants. The staff were constantly friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.all reviews »
Superb quiet location in the Altstadt, well appointed rooms and friendly staff. Excellent restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again. Excellent location. Well presented and maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. Quiet rooms, lovely manager and manageress, comfortable and free wifi for our laptop and good location. Everything was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit and refills of coffee. The staff were very helpful and did everything to ensure our stay in Salzburg was pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the sites, enjoying a late evening meal and getting to the main train station.The staff were lovely. The position was great. The room was decorated unusual and the design above the bed gave me the feeling that I was sleeping in a coffin.
