  The staff were excellent and very friendly. Dietmar was very accommodating and ensured that our visit was very great.   The hotel was brilliant - Great food, lovely staff and really clean. It is a bit outside Ischgl - but to be honest after a day on the slops it is nice to get back to the hotel and relax - so we missed out on nothing. We had a car - so didn't use the ski bus - but it is really convenient.
