Enjoying a quiet location at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain, Schweigerhof features WiFi which is available for free. The ski run of the Maierl lifts ends only 150 metres from the property. Via the Gaisberg mountain you can ski right to the Schweigerhof's front door. All rooms and spacious apartments are furnished in typical Tyrolean style and feature bed linen suitable for allergy sufferers, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Most of them have a balcony and guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. A vending machine for refreshing drinks is available all day long, while coffee to go is provided to all guests from 05:45 until 20:45. Breakfast buffet is served from 07:45 to 09:45 either in the winter garden, while in summer guests can enjoy their breakfast on the sun terrace in nice weather, both options provide impressive mountain views. Various restaurants in the centre of Kirchberg serving typical Tyrolean cuisine are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Several hiking and mountain-biking tracks can be accessed right outside. The Gaisberglift is 500 metres away, offering activities, such as skiing and tobogganing, also during night. The Fleckalmbahn Cable Car is 2.3 km away, offering connection to the Hahnenkamm Ski Run and to the Fleckalmtrail, Tyrol's longest single trail. The ski school, ski rental and the stop of the ski bus to the Fleckalm, Maierl and Pengelstein lifts is only 250 metres away from the Hotel Schweigerhof. On request, the hotel's owner can book you ski school courses, rent ski or snowboard equipment or bicycles, buy ski lift tickets or arrange an airport shuttle. The centre of Kitzbühel is a 10-minute drive away, while Kirchberg's bathing lake is only 750 metres away, offering as well a heated outdoor pool and tennis courts.

Very good location with a country view. However, close to town. The twin room was a littler smaller than we expected but had everything we needed. Very nice and friendly small guest house. Ski buses travels near and from the guest house you can see the nearest slopes. Peaceful place. Friendly staff,very clean,excellent view, good breakfast,Place to relax. clean room, good view , parking next to the hotel, small, but tasty breakfast.

Schweigerhof is located at the foot of the Gaisberg mountain, directly next to the ski piste of the ski school Kirchberg. Enjoy the sunny quiet location which is only 5 walking minutes from the centre of town. The bus stop is only 3 walking minutes away and if you take the ski piste Gaisberg for your last tour you can ski to the entrance of our hotel.

Important information to guests

Please note that only self check-in is possible at the property. After the booking an e-mail will be received where you have to send back the guest data including your mobile phone number. The code for the room will be send to this phone number at the day of arrival. Please note that the personal data of all guests must be transmitted before arrival otherwise no self-check-in is possible. Towels will be changed 1x free of charge for stays of 4 nights and 2x for stays of 7 nights. Daily change of towels upon a surcharge. In the apartments the kitchen has to be cleaned and the rubbish recycled on the day of departure, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. An early check-in before 15:00 is only possible on request and availability for EUR 10 and a late check-out until 13:00 is only possible on request and availability for EUR 25.

Information about the area

The Bed & Breakfast is only a few kilometre from Kitzbühel, one of Tyrol’s most attractive ski and hiking regions. Explore Kitzbühel Ski Circus winter, offering cross-country tracks and ski runs for beginners as well as experienced skiers. Twice a week you can go night-skiing on illuminated ski runs or the toboggan run. If you take Gaisberg lift for your last ski-run you can ski directly to the guesthouse. In summer, Kirchberg is nearby many excellent hiking paths, also accessible via cable car. Explore mountains pastures on your borrowed bike.

By car:
- Coming from the North, follow the Munich-Kufstein motorway until exit
Wörgl-Ost/Brixental or exit Kiefersfelden.
- Continue along the Bundesstraße, direction of Kufstein, until Wörgl and
then Brixental.
- In Kirchberg, drive until you reach the roundabout in the centre and
continue towards Aschau – Rösselwirt – Pfeffermühle.
- Continue until Kirchberg Ski School, passing Der Tiroler discothèque in the
process.
- After about 100 metres you will see a farm house on your right-hand side.
- Turn right and continue uphill until you reach the bed & breakfast.

- Coming from the South, follow the Brenner motorway until exit Wörgl-
Ost.
- Continue in the direction of Brixental.
- In Kirchberg, drive until you reach the roundabout in the centre and
continue towards Aschau – Rösselwirt – Pfeffermühle.
- Continue until Kirchberg Ski School, passing Der Tiroler discothèque in the
process.
- After about 100 metres you will see a farm house on your right-hand side.
- Turn right and continue uphill until you reach the bed & breakfast.

- Coming from the East, follow the Salzburg motorway and then the
Lofer-St. Johann in Tirol motorway.
- In Kirchberg, drive until you reach the roundabout in the centre and
continue towards Aschau – Rösselwirt – Pfeffermühle.
- Continue until Kirchberg Ski School, passing Der Tiroler discothèque in the
process.
- After about 100 metres you will see a farm house on your right-hand side.
