It is a very convenient location for any events at the Sydney Showground. The free parking is a bonus too. And the price was also very reasonable. It was close to our location of our weekend and had a lot of facilities in the general area. The manager was very polite and helpful. Good location for Homebush and Sydney Olympic Park. Reasonable price. Microwave in room, plenty of parking. Very quiet.

Even though the hotel was really cheap, the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a double room which was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful and seemed happy. Great place to stay...Cheap and clean when you're only going to be there for a few hours sleep!. I liked the BBQ area although it was not cleanest but for a budget Motel I was very pleased. Excellent customer service, great value breakfast. Room quiet - away from traffic noise. Was close to shopping center and only a 5 or so minute drive to Lidcombe train station. I liked the location because it is close to Olympic Park. Staff found a room for us. Proximity to Olympic stadium. It was cheap. I booked Sleep Express motel firstly because it's cheapest among all the places I searched. The staff was OK friendly but not much actually. Friendly staff, free parking, vending machine in the foyer. did not like anything. The staff didn't seem very coherent when I signed in. A little lost for words at simple questions. Also, an ear piercing siren in our room (assuming it was a fire alarm) went off at midnight. It was so loud it woke up everyone else aswell. It literally sounded like the world was ending I've never eperienced an alarm like it. I'm still baffled as to why it happened. I forgot to mention this to staff as I was in a hurry in the morning. We had 2 rooms and one of the rooms had a queen bed that squeaked every time you moved. No lift. Too far to walk to a railway station. nothing. request for room away from highway had not reached the hotel - no such rooms available on arrival so free breakfast was supplied instead. We paid $7 each for a 'continental breakfast' but when we went to the breakfast room there was nothing like bacon or eggs only cereal and milk so I was quite disappointed and didn't eat breakfast and felt it a waste of my money. I felt they shouldn't say continental if there is no sausage, bacon or eggs. I asked for a ground floor as my daughter I heavily pegnant and I have a disability but we were given a room on the 2nd floor. Noisy people in car park - at rear - at around 2am. Only lasted about 10 minutes. Maybe a 'guests sleeping' sign would do the trick. The beds weren't very comfy, it was also next to a petrol station but we had the air con on which drowned out the noise of the cars. That my booking was cancelled and I don't know why. No thing i didnt like. Bed spreads were stained. There was only a sheet and the bed spread on the bed - no blanket. Toilet wasn't clean and the bowl was pretty gross. Bathrooms have mould Beds need replacing. Room Cleaning could be improved. I didn't really not like anything it is a good budget hotel. Not enough pillows. out dated rooms. dirty carpet. The place smelled smoky. Room floor dirty, bathroom needed cleaning, shower curtain mouldy. Noisey corridors, people slamming doors and talking all hours of the night. Didn't return my voice mail. Light in laundry too dull. The pillows were extremely flat, power points located behind the bedsides and so very hard to get to. Key card was a bit hard to use, seemed to be a bit tricky and you had to do it JUST right. Quite far from train station, we have to travel with taxi.. The Bathroom badly needs the mould removing. Noise from hwy. room not serviced, even though we were there 2 nights. wife bitten by fleas. poor picture - most channels - on the TV supplied. no lift. Shower seemed mouldy, no shampoo, no blanket on bed. Noisy heater fan. Window did not shut completely from draft. Soap...terrible Dirty carpets Smelly bathroom sewage. The bathroom not being clean, The lack of attention to detail. breakfast basic. I was not given the room that I booked on line. The hygiene,need more attention the towels smells like a mouse poo :( And even it's said no smoking in the room but the smells :(. The staff were not friendly and quite rude on the phone and in person. The room was not clean particularly the bathroom. a little noisy,as the room was on the side and overlooking the adjoining all nite service station,with traffic in and out during the nite.. Dirty doors etc. The shuttle bus was overpriced and not available. The Glasses and cups in the room where dirty, The bedspreads had holes in them, the shower recess soap holder had scum all over them, the hallways werent vaccumed, all around the doorway entrance to the rooms were lined with fluff and it smelled,. Rated fair only as we found two pairs of women's shoes under the bed. The location is badly located. It's 30 minutes away driving from the City. The bus stop is a distance away from the motel. The room is STINK! DIRTY! It's acceptable the furniture is not in good condition cause it's cheap. The bed is not comfort and we found hair on the blanket. Complete lack of cleanliness / poor HK standards, mould in the shower, poor lighting, no iron / ironing board in the room, no microwave in the room, stains on the bedspread and quite noisy rooms. it was dirty had to wash up cups before using. mould in bathroom, blanket dirty, chairs had dust and fluff on them. floor not clean also. will not stay again.
