Fantastic location with extensive Marina and restaurants in walking distance. Also great beach walking track and beach itself. Very good restaurant opposite complex. Clean and modern with easy access to rooms. Right on beachfront so good views from some rooms. Continental breakfast included . The rooms where alot bigger than I thought which is a good thing very spacious didnt feel confined good spot across the road from great beaches cafes bottle shop across road great shopping resturants walking distance highly recomened would go again.
all reviews » The apartment we stayed in was great and only a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and professional. Facilities were nice and clean and movie and kids channels provided for no extra cost. Kathy the receptionist was fantastic. She was the best. Give her a wage rise..... I've worked in hotels. She's worth more money. Very close to Beach. Very close to shops. Very good facilities. Great value. very clean and comfort, very close to the beach,if you want to travel to rottnest island, you choose the right hotel,right here there is a fast ferry.also close to a beach area full of shops and restaurants. I thought the Resort was good value for money and was pleasantly surprised when they offered a complimentary breakfast upon checking in. Great location, we had dinner at Hillary's Wharf that night. The parking was easy and our room easily accessable. A full cooked breakfast was served quite quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Staff were pleasant and attentive. was in a good spot, was very clean, the 2 bedroom apartment was quite spacious. breakfast was very nice and included in the price. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and informative. Rooms were large and comfortable. Good size kitchen. 10 Min walk to restaurants and across the road from the beach. Our whole weekend was just perfect the room the view the food the staff very helpful and friendly will definatly be back thank you For an awesome stay. Location, Helpfulness of staff. Rooms are relatively compact. Breaksfast was free, but average. Pre-arranged cot was not set up prior to our arrival...only a very minor thing...otherwise extremely happy!. Not having enough time to spend on Beach and visiting around. .. great location. far away to city CBD. The room was a bit dated and of course an ocean view would have been nice, but for the price, I couldn't complain. Room was clean and beds comfy which is the most important thing when travelling. I think the rooms could do with an overhaul, they are looking a bit dull, no table on verandah. The bed was too soft. First room booked was on ground floor but only access was four steps which is not disabled friendly. Shower was not separate but in bath. I had specified when booking I needed ground floor access as I needed to use a walking frame. Shower taps in Disabled apartment were a danger. Hot tap turned off anti clockwise when normal taps turn off clockwise. Danger of scalding for elderly and disabled persons. Was bit further away from airport than expected but dealt with that. Found one pool deck chair was collapsed on one arm rest. Had to walk up stairs with all our luggage as there are no elevators. The place was being painted while we were there. Hopefully they revamp the rooms next. Single beds and bedroom tiny, A bit noisy at night due to BWS across road. Nothing. a little noisy at times, and couldn't sit on veranda as people had kids playing on grass along side of it most days. Not private enough, upstairs may be better. A bit tired, no clothes dryer, despite washing machine. Security screens on windows would be a good idea for ground floor units to feel more comfortable to leave windows open. In room information needs updating eg wireless access info, breakfast facilities etc. N/A. THe shower in the bathroom did not work. Menu did not cater for healthy alternatives on room service e.g. no fruit salad/platter or low fat foods. Living area was very spacious but second bedroom with twin beds was too small for two adults. Can't think of any.. Loved everything, wished I could have stayed longer. Two single mattresses together to make double. Our sliding door didn't lock properly so we had to improvise. nothing to dislike. Internet was not available in the room for the 3 days, but when service was restored and available on the morning of check-out it worked great. Nothing really, a mini bar and restaurant would have been handy. A little bit outdated bathroom/laundry. Fridge ran all the time and was noisy. TV sometimes gave poor picture. needs a little updating in apartment. I was dissappointed. In the breakfast menu as I was staying in an up market resort including breakfast I expected a little better than toast and cereal. A little more knowledge of local things to do and places to eat would not go astray either. the old bath rooms. The website booking gave the impression the room would have ocean view - but we didn't. Looking out over car park. (Understand nearly fully booked, but need to reword web description to allow for those who will not have an ocean view. Nothing. Only one toilet in unit. Having to climb into the bath for a shower - quite difficult for us. no fans available. no car parks on the side we were staying at. $300 a night for ground level ocean view. Should be less for rooms on ground floor. Resort is tired. Needs refurb. Living room layout very inadequate. Crazy design with no access to balcony from living room. Little view from living room due to mostly brick walls. Expensive.
