  Rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was our anniversary and upon check-in, we were greeted with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. (We have experienced room service many times and generally - I have stayed there on my own,and with family for weddings and birthdays.I Adore the Crowne,you don't even have to leave the hotel to have a relaxing break.It is so central to so many attractions also.My favourite place to stay.Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for hotel guests.Rooms are spotless,and maintained everyday,even when you are staying for several days,cleaners do their job with a smile.Food is excellent at all restaurants/bars.

  Beer at the Brewery was excellent and the tour guide (Billie) was delightful. Room was nice/ clean but not great. I did appreciate the guest laundry although it could do with some updating.   The location was excellent we had a wonderful time and was very comfortable with our cabin. I highly recommend for anybody to stay right in the heart of the major vineyards. We fully intend to make it an annual stay with them - It was quiet and secluded worth beautiful views. Yet it was in the centre of everything in pokolbin.
