loved the comfy bed and the cleanliness of the unit. Loved the location and the friendliness of staff. Would definitely stay there again. The studio apartment is perfect for just one night but if staying longer we would take the one bedroom apartment and request a room with a view that wasn't over the reception area. not much to tell - booked and paid for the room, arrived and checked in - all seamless. Very friendly managers and in a good location, comfy room & bed. We weren't there long enough to have a swim in the pool but next time I go to the sunny coast (which I hope is soon) I will go back to this place.

Twin Quays is close enough to Gympie Terrace in Noosaville to be very handy but not on the main road so nice and quiet in the night time. The manager was friendly and helpful. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and well furnished studio, good pool/jacuzzi, great price, great location, very convenient covered parking - pretty much everything was just great. We would definitely return and also recommend to friends. It was a welcoming environment managed by people who care. I liked being close to the river the walk along the river in morning was lovely and all the little restaurants close by we just picked one and had a great breakfast. It was close to everything and an enjoyable 4k walk to Hastings Street and a 2k walk to Tewantin. Are there less strong-smelling cleaning products that could be used? Note, though, that leaving the windows open for a few hours pretty much took care of things for us. Having to leave after such a short stay. That it was just a overnight stay u need longer. The noise from the air conditioner (or fridge) from one of the reataurants immedietely behind our unit. That was all. The noisy birds early in the morning. The balcony was over some sort of car park & unfortunately some unloading of materials. started at 7 am that was very noisy!. Dirty cutlery and crockery and no dishwasher biscuit. The room was a little bit small. The pool was a little cold. We couldn't work the BBQ on the penthouse deck. I know it wes only a studio but we brought some food to cook dinner and would have been nice to have a hob. nothing. The steps were not convient for elderly peop;e. The bedspread was unclean. The rest of the bedding was clean, & freshly laundered.We had a pervasive bad smell on our 1st. night & thought it a leaking drain. The manager did go to considerable lengths to try to find the source of this.And before we left we found that the previous people had left a spillage of milk or yoghurt in the bottom of the fridge -under the veg. bin - obviously the fridge had not been checked before our arrival. Noisy at night with Restaurants putting out Bins Etc. Balcony right over Backyard of Restaurants. Studio Room at Rear of Complex Not much natural light. Quite small but comfortable.
