The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. They are very soundproof, once indoors, unlike other places we have stayed in. I like that the apartments have been built in sections so that you do not ever feel that they are crowded all in together, so there is a sense of privacy. The location is spectacular, close to the beach, the town and the great boardwalk along the water. All within walking distance. Also loved the under cover secure parking.

Great Host (Jon) , went that extra step to make us welcome and accommodate our needs , great family location close to the beach . Clean and very astute apartments . This place was soo very nice and in walking distance to fishing and the city. Me and my family loved our trip and will definitely stay here again. Cleanliness, price, amenities, the couches, pay TV, kitchen, stovetop. Spacious well fitted out unit, lap pool excellent. Great location. The apartment and pool areas were well maintained and clean. The location and facilities are great and the unit we stayed in was fantastic. Proximity to townshi and facilities. look. The only dislike would be that the external front doors are so heavy that when people close them, they bang very loudly and echo throughout the apartments. Nothing. My only negative criticism is there was no heat downstairs in the bedrooms. Management did provide us with 1 space heater which made a world of a difference. Bed and pillows (too hard, not comfortable for me). No fly screens. Bedroom could be warm in summer. No drawers for clothes (although plenty of hanging space). Nothing. Hot water pressure was very low for shower and hot taps, also sink in ensuite bathroom was blocked. first floor a bit less privet. The fifty steps to our room!!!!! (good exercise though!). Kitchen could do with more pots, pans & kitchen utensils etc,as there wasn't enough for 6 guests. The couch in main lounge was very tired looking and not quite big enough for 5 - 6 guests to sit comfortably. The shower could do with having somewhere to put shower supplies rather than on the floor, which is very awkward. I didn't like having to clear out food that had been left by a former occupant that was mouldy and the fact we were charged an extra $10 a night to put my elderly parents in another unit that didn't require them to climb 30-40 steps to get to their accommodation from the car for unpacking purposes and each time they went out. Having stayed there before in the three-bedroom apartments at the front, I recall there being a lift? Also there were no shelves in the second bedroom only hanging space. One of the toilets had not been cleaned. We were ill informed about the tariff. not proper heating not good no extra blankets or pilows unge hard to sit on. The master bedroom had spider web the front doorhad spider web under the coffee table full off dust when you pay $200 a night you except better value the balcony you couldn't open.
