This is a wonderful apartment, especially for the two families like us. The children could play in the living room and parents could rest in our rooms. Lovely open kitchen and cozy living room with everything you need. Bedrooms are of good size. Staffs are extremely helpful. We arrived when they were having a cocktail or party, but we were quickly assisted by their staffs. They really showed their care on us, showing us our room and everything. I will surely be back.

It is a very good location which s very close to the Visitor Centre, Boags Bewerage, variety kind of restaurants in the surroundings, etc. My family and I rented two 2-bedroom apartments on the same floor. The room are clean and tidy and with full-equipped kitchen. My family and I enjoyed the stay in Quest very much. The staff were so kind and helpful. We were even allowed to check in 5 hours early and not charged any extra. Great location, right in the centre of Launceston city so can walk all around Launceston, no need for the car. This was our first stop on our Tassie trip and it really set the bar high! Highly recommend to everyone to stay here!. Friendliness and professionalism of staff is exemplary. They were able to change my room on arrival with no fuss whatsoever. The room/apartment we stayed in was exceptionally clean, well spaced and equiped. One of the best serviced apartments we've stayed in. We loved our stay at Quest Launceston. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Can be a little noisey if there are kids staying in the next room. The bathroom is spartan. There wasn't anything we didn't like. No free wifi, the hotel doesn't have own carpark. I think being A couple we could have got the apartment with the king bed and bigger lounge. my friend travelling solo got it. Car park arrangement across the street in a public car park. you had to ask for keys at reception to gain access after hours. Steps into hotel a bit awkward with a stroller. The toliets kept running. We needed to turn them off at the tap which was annoying. Forgot to advise staff on departure. nothing. parking was a problem. Dozy checkout receptionist. all the windows cannot open and no air-condition in the rooms. No airconditioner or fan in 2 rooms hence it was very stuffy with no ventilation and we couldn't open the windows. Bells going off 24 hours and night club noise down stairs. Bed needs new mattress. Bed base needs to be slats for more support. ABsolute terrible noise outside on the Saturday night!! The hoons were making such a noise until 2.30 in the morning!!. Big Ben chimes. Not mentioned anywhere and are very noisy. Constant problem with toilet cistern, water flowing continually and intermittent flushing. VERY annoying considering the amount we paid for the room. Nonchalant attitude to this problem when reported. The City clock bell which sang hourly and rung every 15min drove us crazy.. 2story apartment, road noise, tea was stale and not nice.
