It is right on the seafront and though we had a unit at the back, being upstairs we had a super view of the ocean and sunsets from our very private balcony across the roof top of the block in front. The personal is really kind and friendly and rooms are quite big with very comfortable beds. We spent a couple of days there and we were really satisfied with the hotel.

  Reasonable value for money but very basic accommodation and is actually run by the property next door. It has no reception area at all and is very empty kind of like a ghost town but the facilities are quite good. The pool area is great and the kids playground is great for families. Our room was a basic motel room with kitchenette - The room was comfortable, cleaned daily, the staff were very pleasant, the was a free barbecue to use and a pool. It was great accommodation for the price. Even though there wasn't a sink to wash up in which a lot of people have complained about it was 4 steps to the bathroom sink which to me was no big deal.

It was really well equipped for a self-catering holiday with a huge fridge and lots of utensils etc. Having two bathrooms with a shower in each was great. The upstairs living space with the tv was a great addition to the downstairs living room.   The accommodation was spacious and well set out especially for our little family. All the staff were so happy and friendly and willing to help. It was our first time at the edge resort but definatly won't be our last. We had such a wonderful time. - Staff were friendly and helpful.   We stayed 5 nights and loved the closeness to the Murchison,sitting on the balcony among the palm trees and frangipani. We enjoyed Maureen's friendly and happy demeanour and Zaffie's (Maureen's chihuaua-x - we love dogs!) enthusiasm.   We chose KBR over the other places in Kalbarri because of the kids activities in the school holidays. Chrissie who organises them is a star. Keep it up, Chrissie - my girls loved it and we could see how much thought and effort you put into it!   We had everything we needed: linen, towels, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment. Kids loved the pool even though we were located directly across from the beach. Also loved the fact that there was a washing machine in the apartment and a washing line under the carport. It really was a home away from home. - Very spacious.
