We have a great time here. It is simple yet full with amenities. Kitchen is well equipped except for rice cooker. U also have ur own washing machine, dryer, iron.. There are only 2 rooms with one queen size beds and 3 single bed in the other room. Both of the toilet are clean and neat. It is near the broadbeach beach! A lot of ppl there to enjoy the sunrise. It is as well nearby to a lot of restaurant, 7elevan, and Nandos which provide halal food. Woolswood - a supermarket are arounf 300m from .

Its spotlessly clean, quiet street but really close to Broad beach shops and beach Nothing has been too much trouble for the mangers Chris and Faye. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely holiday on the Gold Coast. Lee Richie & Mille Grace. The staff were very friendly and very helpful with all our inquiry's, from booking theme parks to general information. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything in it to make for a pleasant stay. my family liked everything about Le Lavandou holiday apartments.Staff was very friendly and location was within walking distance to supermarket and malls.Thanks to Faye and Chris. The owners were very knowledgable and friendly they definately made our stay memorable. Had a great time and really enjoyed the pool =) Would definately stay again!!!. Chris and Faye were very helpful and they have allowed us to check in earlier to the apartment. It was great place to stay with my family during our vacation. Great location,handy for the coaches to theme parks,near shopping mall and cafe bars and restaurants .five minutes to the beautiful beach,great for families. Friendly staff and rooms are great. Faye and chris have great advice about things in the area. Accommodation is 3 blocks from the beach. Location was great and the apartments spacious and clean. Good relaxed feel to the place. Lots of room to chill out. I like the large room for family. The location make us easy to travel and so is the staff is very friendly. perfect for a family holiday, low rate, clean rooms and good location. Should be inform earlier since sometime travelers from overseas have their flight late. No lift.. If u are having osteoarthritis.. Please ask the ground level rooms. Nothing. Pool is cold in winter, beds are hard and they need to replace towels a little more during a seven day stay. Paying for wi fi and extra towels.
