  During our first stay we stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor which was quiet even though it faced the main street and had it had a great layout with all the required amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!

  Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room. Has SA`s only ZARA store. - Nice bakery & several restaurants directly opposite motel. - Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze.   Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value ... what people say » for money. - The staff were fantastic. We were travelling with our 11 month old and they were very helpful and understanding. The restaurant was great for value. we booked a spa and it was well worth the money. The room was huge and so peaceful. Highly reccommended to anyone.

  I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. Except in peak hours, driving to other locations in Adelaide is quick and easy. - The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. We would happily recommend Jacksons for those on a budget.
