Wonderful warm welcome when we got there very friendly..lovely spacious and clean rooms..they had everything all we needed was our clothes..they had toiletries etc..had a great pub on corner $8.95. Lunch or dinner very nice.Will definitely go back when we go back that way to hotel thank u for a great stay.. Stayed during the start of Cyclone Oswald, was unable to travel further north. owner very helpful on local conditions and further north. Clean facilities. Free parking and WiFi.

The rooms had a fairly strong smoke and deodoriser smell. nothing. Nil. not much at all. Traffic noise. unfortunately the passing traffic is rather noisy. Nothing was wrong. bit of noise in night trucks. low presure shower. noise from road. Traffic on main highway a bit noisy. Bit noisy. Noisy till early hours of the morning. The main road as a little too noisy. Bathroom is antiquated. Street noise . Too close to the highway, noisy. The pillows. Hard Mattress, Noise from Hotel and Trucks. Cockroach infestation, obscene language yelled throughout night, uncomfortable bedding, cold shower, higher price than other local motels and stairs when I asked for ground level. I reported the cockroaches were even over the fridge and there was no offer of apology or refund..... Will never ever go back to Bentleigh.
