  Good communication with staff from time of booking through to vacating, very accomodating on a couple of requests i made. Apartment spacious and clean and did not lack for anything required.   The staff were very accommodating, respectful and just plain happy to have us. As 6 young adults it was great to not be treated like children. The lady that cleaned our rooms was so lovely and made our stay so much better. I will book there again and I will be telling everyone I know about the hotel. - Was just what I needed. Price was excellent ... what people say » considering over motels in Parramatta had increased price by about $200 on top of normal price. Very impressed with female staff member on check in. She was friendly, helpful and fantastic to deal with.

  Very nice and clean place. Bus Stand next to the accommodation which makes it easily accessible to Parramatta CBD and Station. Indian Grocery store very near to the UWS which was big relief for me. Kitchen is also good with all the appliances that a family would need. Staff is good and friendly and they try their level best to out the customers.
