Only negative was I could not get the air-conditioner to warm the room. After pressing the remote many times, checking the instructions in the room folder, ensuring it was on 27 deg. and still only getting cold air for an hour, I gave up.

Seems all rooms but a couple face onto one or other rather busy streets, so noisy. Poor maintenance, our bathroom door jammed several times which would be terrible for anyone alone in room. Could only be described as shabby.
