The manager Barry and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful, they made me feel very welcome and assisted me with parking for my business equipment. The room was very comfortable and clean, I would definately recomend the Annerley Motor Inn to anyone looking for a good value motel. the staff were really friendly and could not do enogh for you if you needed anything you just had to ask it was quite close enough to shop to get groceries, papers, hair cut would stay there again if we have to go back to Greenslopes hospital.
all reviews » Very friendly relaxed atmosphere. Felt like I'd known the owners since forever, even though I'd only just met them. Also best Bacon and eggs I've had in a long time. :). I was greeted at the door by the owners who were very nice and helpful. It was a great motel for a short visit and would definitely stay there again. Excellent service from Cheryl and her husband who manage the premises. Great hearty breakfast. Dated rooms but lovely and clean. Very helpful. The Managers were a lovely couple who made you very welcome. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Well appointed rooms and a comfortable, clean motel. Fittings, furnishings and bed quite new. Very good value for money. easy access to the city . affordable. clean. hosts were friendly. easy car accommodation outside our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us .Close to the city but not too close. This location was ideal for the function we were attending at Yeronga RSL Club. It was quiet and clean. The location is well located near town and has a bus stop outside which makes it accessible to city. Staff are wonderful and even queryed about our actual arrival time when we were on our way. the staff went out off their way to help felt like they were part of your family. Room was clean, staff were friendly, mattress was good. Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Convenient location and excellent staff. I really like the room. Reasonable location near bus and train, not far from cbd. Great vietnamese cafe just up the road. verylaid back and close to brisbane city, bus to city a easypublic access for all. Nothing except the staff on duty first few days very friendly. It was handy to our needs. only think was leaving the m;otor inn and getting on to Ipswich road lots of traffic. Nothing I didn't like. Smokers who can congregate outside the rooms means that cigarette smoke infiltrates inside. It was a bit tricky leaving sometimes because of the busy road. small step into the bathroom. a little dangerous when you wander in there in the dark in the middle of the night. The curtain in the bedroom could have been darker to block out the light. Nothing. There was high volume commotion from a neighbourhood on the first night, which is definitely beyond the hotel management. But they could have alerted police or concerned authorities if the decibels and languages are not meant for a civil society. nothing. Nothing. A bit noisy, as close to a main road, but fine with earplugs. getting woken up at 4am by young people staying in motel. site said they were 1.6km from green slopes hospital wrong that mite be as the crow flies. but two trips a day to hospital was a lot of walking as taxi was costing me nearly $17 each way. That I felt uncomfortable as a man was smoking out side my room and had to have curtains closed anytime I was in my room I'm also a non smoker so it was penetrating into my room yuk. Toilet kept running, needed replacing. very basic motel - inadequate parking. I couldn't shut the bathroom door properly so i could hear the traffic all night. No milk for a cuppa in the morning.
