I liked the friendly, attentive staff and the tours I booked through them were great! The apartment had a beautiful view of the beach for a great price. It was so central, the walk to the main street was about 5 minutes. I could go back and forth to the main street at night without feeling unsafe because the area felt nice and secure. all reviews » My experience at Airlie Apartments was excellent. Cathy Logan is fantastic and very polite: she makes available to give us any kind of advice. My apartment was "pool side" and at sunset the view from the pool on Airlie Beach is fantastic. The apartment was clean, comfortable, as well as the patio at entrance. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and most helpful. The apartments were situated at the top of a hill at the top end of the main street just a 5 minute walk from main street. I would be most happy to recommend and also to stay at these apartments again. Staff friendly and helpful; they had time for us and helped us decide which excursions to take which they arranged for us. They arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and gave us a lift to the bus stop on our departure. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Cathy Logan, the manager, and her assistant Jill are competent, efficient, helpful, organized, as well as being kind and thoughtful. Although this is an apt complex they provide 5 star concierge service. The apt are roomy, very well equipped, and the pool area is lovely. Loved the whole set up. Close to the main centre of town, quiet, and the manager Cathy was fantastic. She was approachable and always honest with travel trips and various other activities available in the Whit Sundays. Overall the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from our deck was picturesque and relaxing. We did not spend much time in the unit as we were on day trips but suited our purpose and no complaints. The unit was perfect for our needs. Comfortable and neat and Kathy very helpful. Airlie Apartments is good value for money. great and spacious appartments. they were recall helpful land nice. gave advice about where to travel and nearby attractions when I got injured they even suggested to drive me to the bus station thank alot. Cathy the manager is excellent and gave useful advice concerning boat trips around the islands. The apartments are private and well decorated, the pool area is lovely and has great views out to the sea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Assisted us with daily activities and gave accurate advice. Facilities were lovely and clean. Relaxed environment with all facilities needed. rooms were spacious & comfortable, we had a fabulous view of the harbour, the manager cathy was very helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The letsbookhotel.com description said the apartment had either a garden or pool view. This was not the case, we were overlooking the motel next door!. The wifi was being fixed for one side of the apartments, so my side was affected and I could only use wifi by the apartments' poolside area. Also, the tiny keico lizards by the Exit sign at night scared me (I'm afraid of tiny creatures), but they're just normal around Queensland anyway. Steps to the apartment were difficult with heavy cases. Well it rained all the time - but not their fault! Maybe inter net in the rooms would be better than the common area - but again they may ahave no control. There is a problem with soundproofing - can hear people from upstairs walking around - but everyone is very cooperative and the noise is not overly intrusive. There is a steep hill-climb from the main street and steps/stairs around apartments. Small thing- fridge in our apartment was a not noisy. we liked everything. The Booking.com description said the apartment had either a garden or pool view. This was not the case, we were overlooking the motel next door!. Only thing was the steep hill to walk up between the apartments and town, but a good bit of exercise!. Pretty steep hill upto apartment. TV in main living area far too small. Lighting on steps poor. Parking very tight. Maintenance in grounds & pool ie lights not working, pool had lump of rock/concrete in it for the 2 days we were there, it had fallen from around the skimmer box. The walk up the hill from Airlie beach. There were no problems, not really good for disabled. The big hill. None.

Monday-Friday 08:30 until 17:30. Saturday-Sunday 09:00 until 13:00. Check-in hours for Saturday and Sunday are between 12:00 and 13:00. Please advise Airlie Apartments of your expected arrival time in advance so you can be accommodated on arrival. If you arrive outside reception opening hours you will need to contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions. Whitsunday Airport Proserpine is 30 minutes to Airlie Beach and the property can book the airport shuttle bus for you (fees apply as per scheduled service). Guests must inform the property 24 hours in advance if they wish to book this service. Please note that there is a 1% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a 3.00% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. This property does not accept payments with Diners Club credit card. Please advise the property if you require single beds (twin beds), otherwise all rooms offer 1 bed (queen size or king size bed for different room types). You will receive a confirmation letter to advise the booking has been received by the property. Please note that Wi Fi is available in most apartments and all communal areas.
