The Mansions is well located in the retail heart of Adelaide. the suite was a great size. the suite was at the building's rear so although the outlook is not great, it was very quiet. Having a kitchen is great for self catering. Overall good value for the money. Location, staff friendliness, size of room, cleanliness, shower was really hot and excellent water pressure, kitchen facilities. Overall, I would definately stay there again, and in fact have rebooked for another stay in October for work/business.
all reviews » Thanks to the guy who came down stairs at 06.00 on the public holiday after I stupidly dropped my carpark access card in the key return box and couldn't get my car out. I made my flight, thanks dude you're on my X-mas card list. What I liked best about the Mansions was the location and comfort. It was perfect for all my needs. Your staff was professional and very accommodating in assisting me with any questions I may have had. Comfortable, quiet and had all the essentials without going overboard. Opening windows. Good location. Interesting building. Reasonable price. Easy booking. Location, clean, friendly staff, value for money , quite, secure, good bed, full kitchen with most facilities. 'Private' balcony was inside and overlooked an adjoining food court. Airconditioner noisy at night. Having to step into a bath to have a shower is out of date and not good for older people Bathroom could use some hooks. The reason for the overall fair on facilities is due to the bathroom comments. Old kitchen - a bit smelly Carpet probably needs updating, looked a bit worn in our room. Nothing. Foodhall lights too bright in our window.No room ventilation .Aircon too old too noisy in summer. No room service on weekend but worked at well as we went to a very nice restaurant that the mansion recommended. The bed was very hard. Lots of street noise- needs double glazing. Air conditioner is old and very noisy. nothing. There was no issues. hot water wasn't completely reliable. Exhaust fan in the kitchen did not work and was not fixed during the week of my stay. It would also be nice if there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. sorry but I did not like the bed, ached from head to toe the next day. Also could not order room service on friday as you had a function on, and the vibration of the music came right to my room, even the coffee table vibrated. Carpet too old and the lights in the room are not bright enough. No hot water in the shower in the morning!. It was very tired eg carpet was atrocious. Furniture was basic. Room 14 was noisy with exhaust fan noise through the night ie against restaurant. Good location though. Staff were good. It's just old. Noise Level.Very dated décor.Misunderstanding re car parking across the road.
