The facilites, the room is really nice, all staff are very friendly, the beach is incredible and the role place are wonderful, very peaceful.
The room was large and very modern. The location was convenient to both
uptown and downtown areas. The large pool area was very nice.

The golf course and Mulligans restaurant.
The atmosphere is beautiful. Cynthia at the concierge desk was
wonderful. She had answered several of our questions and handled our
requests with professionalism and courtesy.
It is not near to downtown and restaurant area, but if you rented a car or not intend to go out no problem!.
There were lots of mosquitos, likely due to the man made ponds on the
golf course. When I first checked in, the floors in my room were visibly
dirty, but housekeeping cleaned them the following day. The hot water
was intermittently tepid.
We didn't stay long enough.
Watered down drinks at pool bars. Unfriendly bartenders.
beach was a bit of a walk and no huts near the water. With all the swamp at the course produced a lot of mosquitoes.
The sea breeze restaurant, the food was not the greatest,.
Staff was limited, not enough staff particularly at the pool bar. Also,
there was an argument at the pool bar with some fowl language and
shoving within 2 young adults, there were families listening to this
situation, families were complaining. I don't believe management
handled this properly. The Manager came over and spoke with the
individuals, however, I believe those parties should have been removed.
Very disruptive.
