  Enjoyed the location and the views, Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. - It is a brand new hostel on the edge of town, isolated, needed car or lots of taxi money. Some amenities lacking, i.e. no bath mat, no hooks or place to hang towels or bath robe, or cosmetic case. No kleenex. Probably will improve with age plus experience in the busi... what people say » ness. The staff was friendly but slow; just lack of experience. Breakfast was good.

  The reception staff ( I am so sorry to forget her name) is very friendly and helpful, always keeps charming and attractive smile. Especially I found reserved room with a defective heating radiator and droping water, she checked system and ran up-down stairs to fix any other room availability. Finally I exchanged a new room for 3 persons, although ... what people say » I were alone. However, it only took me few minutes and her smile made me cannot be angry always. The hotel location is amost starter of main street in - The desk staff was very friendly, especially Paula who helped me book city tours. The views from the restaurant and my room was simply amazing and the breakfast was good. My Room was tiny but the bed was very comfortable. Location is fantastic (innercity) for visitors who wants to enjoy Ushuaia since everything is at very short and walking distance. Overall, a good choice for me and everybody who is looking for quality stay innUshuaia at affordable price....

  Anna was very friendly. she made me feel part of her family. She let me sit upstairs in the lounge even though I checked out waiting for my daughter. I felt very comfortable there, and it was very warm and friendly. I will definitely recommend it, and I would stay there again.. Thanks for letting me have a good experience, - Staff were excellen... what people say » t and most accommodating, very close to the city centre, but you do have a bit of a steep walk up the hill on the way back to the hotel. Breakfast is typical European with cereal, pastries, and sweet breads, plus tea/coffee. Would recommend as we stayed here before and after the boat trip..
