The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and they were able to speak and understand english. Also, location, location, location! I enjoyed the view of the Recoleta Cemetery from our balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Location, rooms were like little apartments and had everything needed. Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. The location is perfect, you are very close to 2 shopping malls adn the cementery. The location and view. Their workout equipment is old and really needs to be replaced. As stated in one of the reviews the WiFi connections are poor but it seems to be a city wide problem. The building next door is under renovation and the construction noise can be quite loud at times. Fortunately, it was only during daytime hours and we didn't stay in our room much. Construction next door. Brand new apartment building being built directly next door is not even half finished. Jack hammers begin at 7 am. Hotel did not inform us of this except through a letter we received with our check in packet. Many things in our room did not work such as 110 Voltage outlet, coffee pot, and safe. The building construction was horrible. Small lobby. The noise level from the construction was a major inconvenience as well as the noise coming from other units would deter me from using this property in the future. Safe did not work. There is a construction next door that beggins 8am unbereable. Building work. Some Staff reluctant to help you find yourself around the city. They told me false information several times. This does not apply to all of them. The gym is really poor! No life in the hotel. There was construction all day Monday - Friday starting from 8.30-17.30. Very annoying if you want to sleep in. I had to change rooms which in all honesty didn't make a difference. The internet conection is very poor. A lot of noise from other rooms. Poor isolation, may be because thin walls. Book here at your own risk: there is a construction site next to the hotel; noise level is unacceptable. Guests are not told until they check-in Rooms have seen better days.
