The location of the hotel is 10 meters from Florida av. and the Mayo av. yet the room was quite and very clean. You cannot get better than this. Wonderful hotel with very pleasant staff. Great room with comfortable bed.Very well located, the staff was very helpful, rooms spacious enough and clean. Nice breakfast. Well worth staying again. Very friendly staff, fantastic location, good rooms with comfortable beds and powerful showers.

They didn't seem to have duvet for a double bed, so they used one transversal blanket, which was unsufficient.The area around is a bit lonely in the night.We did not like that even though we ordered and paid for deluxe room, the man at the reception try to give us a standard room. luckily we noticed it and got the right room. I did not understand why it called a boutique hotel, the stairwell was not nice, the corridors narrow and long and the reception room quite shabby. It is not a bad hotel but certainly not boutique. the staff was not particularly helpful. Our first room was really small but we were able to switch to a room that was a bit larger. executive room is very dark (the only window leads into tiny courtyard); while curtains are open it can be looked into the room from the hallway; the breakfast room is situated in the cellar with only artificial light what does not create much athmosphere in a "boutique hotel"; at our visit the jacuzzi was not open;. Hotel would be improved by use of WIFI in rooms or additional computers in public spaces. Bar was not welcoming and we never saw it used by anyone. Breakfast selection was limited and eggs were cold and water for tea was tepid.There are no TV news channels in English. The computer available for guests was often not working. small room, our room have no view to outside world accept view to 3m x 3m tube.
