My reservation at letsbookhotel.com was never received by the hotel. If I hadn't been in town earlier and stopped by to double-check, I would not have had a room. I do not intend to use letsbookhotel.com again. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was wonderfully located, just blocks from Recoleta Cemetary and steps from shopping and dining.

The terrace restaurant did not seem to be open and while the bistro has a friendly staff and adequate menu, it's a windowless room in the back of the building. Breakfast area not appealing - too dark- What about using the big area behind lobby? Gym/Spa should be available early morning , considering travellers lifestyle. Lots of people prefer exercising before breakfast. bath could be renovated a bit. Pillows, small tv. staff was professional , but not friendly; a smile and a good evening would be welcome. small bathrooms. nada. We thought the carpets were very dirty. Also the staff in the breakfast/dining area were more interested in their mobile than in you. Staff does not interact - while checking out I asked the person about a flooding which happenned in the hotel lobby during my stay and the guy simply denied it!. Bathroom smells in need of remodeling and old carpet in the room. staff were rude, and did not take care at all... Serious cleanliness issues. First room had fag ends in flower pots (no plants!) and a dead bird on the terrace! Upgraded to a suite which had a layer of dust around the bath which was still there 3 days later, even after I had complained!. The service was not good but most of what I moved is the cleaning. Glasses were dirty in the room, the carpet was dirty and the sheets were not clean. There is a kind of laisser aller. comfort in the room room not clean shower and bassin not adequate.
