The hotel was clean and our room was spacious with a small balcony on the main street. Staff were courteous and very helpful with providing directions, booking cabs etc. The location is perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. The house is excelently situated in Recoleta, Buneos Aires. The staff speaks Englsih and is truly helpful and very friendly. The Lobby is very nice and newly done.

Although we had a confirmed booking and I had also emailed 5 days before we will arrive late and received a very freindly confriming answer they gave us an awful room to the loud and noisy innside yard. We had booked executive and complained and they gave us a suite which was absolutely satidfactory. But I hate to arrive at a hotel late at night and have to fight for the room booked and paid. The rooms obvioulsly need some make up and paint. Rooms are showing a little wear and tear, this is our third time staying. Technical problems with the pc's in the common area (indeed, always promptly solved by the staff). hotel room needs a bit remodeling since walls need painting and toilet needs a few amendments such as the wash basin. Everything was lovely although if you are in the front rooms it is quite noisy. We were moved to the back of the hotel and it was very quiet. Hotel could be more flexible in their late check out policy , booked three rooms and recommended my friends who stayed , asked for a late check out and got charged , but what the heck not complaining. Too hard. Absolutely no view. Window wouldn't stay closed. Remote controlled heating and cooling (needed instructions!). The staff ignored several requests for extra towels and pillows. Nothing really. More room service hours and choices would be good. The beds were very low and not terribly comfortable. Breakfast - not enough to eat. The bed was a little hard and the pillow not so great. Hotel room showed signs of earlier water damage. At breakfast: not enough tableware and service staff scarce and (therefore) not really motivated. My room was changed to a handicap room. Our shower didn't drain properly and the whole bathroom flooded. We checked out shortly afterwards with no apology from the reception staff. Jr Suite sounded like good value but was actually just a very small bedroom and a separate small room with a couple of chairs and a desk, one decent sized room would have been better. Carpet and walls in the suite were dirty. Being overcharged. Breakfast was awful. 80% of bowls chipped or cracked, food ran out unless you were there early,lipstick on the cutlery. The yale lock on the room door would not hold and could be pushed in with a gentle push. Not fixed despite requests to do so. Terrible Wi-Fi connection. Towels not left in room on one day. There are better hotels in the area!!. dirty , first day blood on the bed sheet , second room after that carpet with dirt from long time , horrible i was going to be there for 3 nites and I left next day by 10 am.
