The room and bathroom were big and the balcony had good views of the city and the mountains. The outdoor rooftop pool was great and we had drinks served on the rooftop bar whilst we were swimming. The location was close enough to the centre to walk to without luggage, but maybe a bit too far to go with a suitcase (though bus stops for the centre are nearby). Try to find the Roman mozaic near the hotel if you can!.
all reviews » Staff were very helpful. Hotel decoration is quite good. Also hotel decoration has been awarded from tourism authorities. For breakfast I ordered from server some special eatings for my children and she served us immediately without asking anybody and without waiting some time. Hotel is in city center and very closed to a Turkish Restaurant. Pleasant and helpful staff with good english skills, nothing was too much trouble for them. Hotel very clean and well managed.Both hotel bars were comfortable and enjoyable areas to relax in particular the roof bar had good ambiance,. We liked the hotel mostly for the very spacious rooms and the little pool on the rooftop, which was a welcome retreat in the heat of july. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked everything , but it would be good to have drawers for clothing in the room. Internet connection slow for business travellers. The swimming pool was not filled yet because of the weather. Which for us was good enough to spend time at the pool. The roof terrace where the small pool is located,is great to have a drink, but is not a place to relax in the sun in bikini. It's a long 20 minute walk to Blloku and a little further to Skanderbeg Square. Other than that it's excellent. Small room Knowledge of English is poor. A noisy car wash right next to the hotel. Nothing.
