  The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around.
