Редкий случай когда к отелю нет никаких претензий! Бывал в Рамаде в Америке, но Донецкая где-то даже покруче. Фитнес центр просто шикарный- полноценный люксовый спортзал, есть бассейн. Обычно от приотельного спортзала такого уровня не ожидаешь. Также кухня- все что там ел- очень вкусно. Повар видимо хороший, или следят там за ними как надо. Сервис

When the Internet was in trouble, the manager did responded to my complaint quickly. They are ready for customer's service request for 24 hours. It is different from other hotels in Ukraine. Usually the service mind of Ukrainian hotels are not good but Ramada Hotel in Donetsk was different.
The food of the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. I love it.

Standard room here is much, much better and as roomy as the business suite at another hotel where we have stayed in Donetsk - and the same price (without breakfast). I have travelled a lot through my work so staying in hotels around the World is a fact of life. The Victoria for me has it all. The staff are brilliant, the restaurants excellent, facilities superb, location perfect, very good value for money. I will return. This hotel is fabulous. Many thanks to the staff who made my stay so good.

Staff was quite helpful, music was good. Breakfast was not a dream yet they have a large variety in the restaurant. Located in front of the most important cathedral of the city. -
The location was great, the staff was very friendly, and they helped me with places to eat, and how to find a good cafes.

Nice apartment with lots of light. Big living room. Good location in
center of city but still not too noisy. Bus stop to main train station
is around the corner, bus stop to airport is about 10min walking

This is a beautifully fitted out hotel
in walking distance to all sights.
Breakfast is very good and contrary to other reviews found the staff very friendly, professional and efficient. Two, sets of toiletries, bath mats, night time turn down with chocolate muffins. arrived at 8am, departed at 3-30pm there were no additional charges for this.

Шикарная гостиница в центре Донецка. Все новое, большие номера, отлично все оборудовано. Вообще вопросов нет к материально-технической части, халаты уже в номерах, каждый день тебе круасанчик, прогноз погоды, все такое. Соотношение цена/качество бьет все рекорды.

Hotel is modern, clean and welcoming. Great for a business stay and would be nice for walks in the summer being on Pushkina Boulevard and close to the lake.
