  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   Very friendly and helpful host. A warm welcome. Good location with only a few minutes walk to the nearest underground station. Tried the restaurant called Teresa?
