Hotel was in a good location if you were wanting to be close to Kuta. Room is a bit dated and in need of refurbisment although it was clean. Breakfast was OK but a bit expensive for children - same price as adults 45000 as at Feb 2013. Amid the busy city as Kuta, you can Saty peacefully in this place. Also, it's easy to go shopping or beach from the hotel. Stass here are so friendly.

Location was excellent Breakfast simple but lovely Value for money excellent. the hotel location , and value for money , the staff we very helpful.... Central, nice pool, comfortable bed, good air conditioning. great hospitality, medium budget with spacious room. Location. I like the outside looks of the hotel especially the pool and the designs from the outside. The staffs were nice and accommodating. near the centre.easy to beach and shopping.wifi fast at lobby.but no good at room.the bali style design. the place is natural bali design I like the terrace the location is very strategic. I like bali summer hotel,, because it close to kuta beach n beachwalk mall. swimming pool and building design also location too!. Peace and quiet. very near to shops. In a Good Location. Location. The staff were friendly. location. Nothing. Bathroom tile grouting needs a good clean. Not sure, can't really think of anything. bit of renovation going on ..... Bathroom smelled like a sewer, although our friend's room next door was identical and didn't have the smell. I guess we could have complained and been moved. I remember this smell being a common problem the last few times I went to Bali, but this trip, I stayed at 5 other hotels before this one, and they didn't smell bad. toilet cleanliness can be still improve. Breakfast not buffet anymore. The bathroom is old. There is also a cockroach. It needs renovation. the room is old.breakfast is simple. there is no laundry bag there is no sandals the air conditioner was not quite cool the bed is already can be changed with a new one. Tthe water heater is on and off.. breakfast menu doesn't change..everyday we eat the same menu. nothing!. water in the room was so low pressure. Mini Fridge did not work,after informing Front Office it still did not work,which was disappointing as my beers were all at room temperature. Old furniture, bathroom needs urgent renovation,noise air com poor variety on the restaurant menu. - Breakfast was insufficient. There were only real options for Indonesian people (like Nasi Goreng and such), but for foreigners, we were basically limited to omelet and toast - pictures on the website are VERY misleading. - I asked for one big bed and got two small ones without previous notification. - staff's English skills are very poor. *The hotel rooms are dirty. The environment shows clear indication of religious affiliation. Too expensive at 97 us dollars per night, no value for money. Altough the hotel has a shiny outside appearence, our room on the 2nd floor was in poor condition. The bath was smelly and no investement has been done for at least 15 years. (Bathtube and floor were worn out) Our room had a thin door linking to the neighbouring room. You could hear every word and move from your neighbours... Lots of ants,not clean,no hot water in the bath,they took extra money than what I should pay..according to booking it was 32 usd but they took around 40 and when I asked why they answered its extra taxes and that never happened with me in any hotel through booking ..realy disappointed .. The rooms where creepy. We have changed 3 or 4 rooms, before we found 1 with normal bathroom. On photos rooms look nice but when we arrived, hotel staff told us that such kind of rooms are lux.
